As I mentioned in the essay, there was a problem with how he used his bow. The deep bowing at the beginning and end of the video is that the bow is neglected and used lightly regardless of the story.

The beginning and the end bows he made, those bows were deep and long; that bow is the greatest, showing maximum politeness. Improper use of such a serious gesture did not give the viewer the feeling that he was apologizing.

Instead of bowing at the beginning and end of the video, bow in the middle of the story connected with an apology. This will strengthen his apology, and the audience would be convinced. In addition to that, he could bow at the beginning and the end in the meaning of greeting; however, just minimize the angle and the time. The YouTube video below talks about Japanese Bow. It also says that deep and long bow might be considered a cheap apology. Hajime should watch that video before making a new apology video in the future.

Here is also the video talks about Japanese Apology. It says it is a joke but I don't think those are away from actual culture. Anyway, it is fun to watch.
