Let's put reflections into the script.

In his apology video, he spoke based on the script. If he wants to stick to that style, he should add his reflections and emotion to the script to get a better understanding of him spiritually.

The minimum remorse needed to gain the fans' understanding is: he honestly admits and apologizes for what caused this to happen. Talk about what he could do to prevent the scandal. Then he might want to talk about what he should do to prevent the same thing from happening in the future.

He has stopped with an apology. Therefore, the audience couldn't hear the reflection and his thoughts that will lead to the next time, and it has become a non-developing apology video.
