How to keep his videos consistent without unnatural effects?

I was looking for other YouTuber's apology videos and I found a bad example just like Hajime's video.

YouTuber Yorihito uploaded this video "About my arrest." It's a video apologizing for having been arrested on suspicion of assault. He explains that assault is one of the actings and the other person understands and defends it, but I will leave it out. Unlike Hajime, he doesn't use cut editing to match the story to his script. Instead, he has the script handy and occasionally looks down to see it. The videos are naturally connected because there is no cut editing, but as long as he looks down and says what is written in the script, I can not read his true intentions and emotions. In that respect, this video is the same ineffective video as Hajime's apology video. So how can they make a better and more effective apology video?

I found another apology video by Yorihito. This time, he apologized for that he was caught by police when he asked a famous actor to perform a trick. That actor was arrested and released right before he asked for that performance.

You don't have to make a serious apology video for this ridiculous uproar, and the purpose of this video seems to be just to make a statement. However, Yoricht's apology video was updated and completed from the one introduced above.

He talks with the script in his hand as before, but he looks directly at the camera near "I'm sorry". It's a simple solution, but I found this method very good. Communicate the script accurately, and add ad-lib without looking at the script as much as possible for the part where he can put his own emotions. I believe this the best answer when making an apology video.
